Microgaming Launches With Sweden’s Svenska Spel Sport & Casino
Microgaming has expanded its player reach following a new content agreement with Svenska Spel.
The leading game provider, which is known for famous slots such as Immortal Romance and Thunderstruck II, announced that it has officially launched with Svenska Spel Sport and Casino, a state-owned online casino company operating in Sweden which is now one of the biggest regulated gambling markets in Europe.
Microgaming, which officially launched in Sweden at the beginning of 2019, has now launched its entire portfolio with the website after striking a content agreement with the firm. Under the agreement, Microgaming is available with Svenska Spel and the firm’s player reach had been significantly enhanced by launching with Sweden’s leading betting and gambling casino operator.
The games offered to players include classic Microgaming slots such as Game Of Thrones, Immortal Romance and more, as well as upcoming games and slots developed by Microgaming’s partnered studios such as Rising Royals, Jungle Jim And The Lost Sphinx, Deco Diamonds Deluxe, and so many others.
In an official statement, Microgaming’s Chief Operating Officer Andrew Clucas said: “Svenska Spel Sport & Casino is a tremendous addition to our sizeable customer base in this key strategic market. We are pleased to welcome them to the Microgaming family and look forward to working with them closely after a successful integration.”

Microgaming’s Expansion
The news comes just days after Microgaming announced a line-up of stellar casino game releases for February from its partnered studios. Across the month, Microgaming will release five unique video slots including Alchemy Gaming’s Wheel Of Wishes, Crazy Tooth Studio’s Seven 7’s, Just For The Win’s Wonder Woods, Neon Valley Studios’ Atlantean Treasures Mega Moolah, and All4 Studios’ Space Enigma.
In addition, Microgaming will launch a series of casino games too including Golden Rock Studios’ RouletteX2, 2By2 Gaming’s Loki Wild Tiles, Booming Games’ Wild Energy, Lightning Box Games’ Golden Yak, MGA’s CSI, 1X2 Gaming’s Book Of Merlin, Playson’s Sunny Fruits: Hold And Win, and Realistic Games’ Game Changer.
Alongside all of this, Microgaming appeared at the ICE London 2020 conference and unveiled a slew of upcoming branded video slots. The games included a new Game Of Thrones video slot developed by Slingshot Studios, a video slot branded on DJ and producer Deadmau5, and a new Tarzen-themed video slot, all of which will reportedly release later this year.
