Alice in Wonderslots Slot Review
Playson’s Alice in Wonderslots game is themed after Lewis Carroll’s popular novel Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland. The slot follows Alice in Wonderland (Renamed Wonderslots for the game) and features characters from the book as symbols in the game.
Alice In Wonderslots in a Nutshell
Released in October 2014, the five reels and 30 payline slot features symbols of the Duchess, the Mad Hatter, the March Hare and the Dormouse. Alice herself also appears as a symbol along with the Cheshire Cat which acts as a wild, substituting all symbols except for Alice and the ‘Eat Me’ scatter symbol.
Behind the slot, the player is treated to a lush, woodland background with mushrooms, roses and trees. All of this helps make the player feel like they’re in Wonderland, or Wonderslots, themselves.
In addition to that, the game has two special features. Landing three or more of the ‘Eat Me’ scatter symbols will trigger the bonus spins round. You’ll be rewarded with 20 spins and landing an additional three scatters will reward you once again with 20 spins. The second feature involves the Alice symbol. Whenever she lands on a reel during a spin, she will grow to cover an entire reel and you’ll be paid 1x your total bet for every two positions in view.
Alice in Wonderslots has a solid RTP of 95.21% which is great, but not as high as some of Playson’s other games such as 40 Joker Staxx. Compared to slots by other developers, however, Alice in Wonderslots is pretty high. When playing, the slot accepts bets of £0.20 to £100, which allows for more diversity when selecting how much to wager per spin.

What We Think About Alice In Wonderslots
We at CasinostoPlay enjoy slots that are different and Alice in Wonderslots really ticks that box for us. While the theme itself isn’t at all unique, Playson has done enough to differentiate its slot from the countless other Alice-themed games available. The graphics are of a high quality and the game plays smoothly.
We enjoy the visuals, from the background to the familiar character symbols as well as the special features; it’s always fun to see Alice grow and stretch across the reels! However, we would have liked to see some additional bonus features as it would have given Playson a chance to get more creative with their ideas.
Regardless, Alice in Wonderslots is an excellent game. If you’re a fan of the original book and enjoy film adaptations, Playson’s slot is definitely worth a try. Why not do it today?
