Wild Hunter Slot Review
Wild Hunter is a five-reel and nine payline slot game developed by Playson. The game’s theme is focused on Native Americans a lone hunter wandering out in the desert. The game itself features colourful animated symbols, a desert-inspired background and fun gameplay mechanics.
Wild Hunter in a Nutshell
Playson’s slot features animal symbols such as buffalo and hawks, as well as tents, drums, letters, totems and several special symbols. The Native American acts as the wild symbol, substituting for all symbols except the totem, tomahawk and buffalo.
The tomahawk symbol appears only on the first reel and triggers the bonus spins feature when it appears with the buffalo, which only appears on the fifth reel. When both symbols appear on the reels, you are awarded 10 bonus spins.
During the bonus spins feature, the tomahawk becomes a wild symbol and helps substitute all symbols except the totem and buffalo. However, when the tomahawk lands adjacent to an eagle symbol, it activates a random multiplier between x2 and x50.
In the game, bets range from £0.09 to a max of £90.00, allowing you to select just how much you wish to wager per spin. There’s also an autoplay feature that allows the game to spin the reels for a specified number of turns.

What We Think About Wild Hunter
We at CasinostoPlay enjoy Playson’s Wild Hunter slot. It features some of the best-animated graphics around and we enjoy watching the Native American character as he reacts to our wins and losses. We also enjoy the game’s theme, symbols and background.
We also like the way scatter symbols must land together on the same spin in order to trigger the bonus spins feature. It’s more challenging but a lot more entertaining. The bonus spins feature is great fun to play as symbols change and reward you with a multiplier which can help to make large winnings.
However, the game’s RTP is 94.15% which is actually pretty low compared to most slot games today. This means it could be more difficult landing winning combinations and earning payouts. If that doesn’t bother you, then we highly recommend Wild Hunter, purely for the fun graphics and fresh gameplay.
